Solid Air was founded by Nigel Mear to provide training and consultancy services you can trust to inspire positive change, drive improved performance and unlock organisational potential.

Having worked in service management for over 30 years, Nigel knows how to help organisations bring about the change required to deliver practical improvement, enhance culture and optimise performance.

Since launch in 2004 we have worked with many organisations to successfully develop their internal service management capabilities and establish a culture of continual improvement.

We have extensive experience at all levels within the industry and combine this with professionally accredited service management expertise to offer a unique blend of services.

As a specialist service provider we are motivated by making a real difference for our customers and intend to remain independent and focused on delivering a few services extremely well.
